Crazy Pedestrians
While playing a game, press R2, R1, Triangle, X, L2, L1, Up, Down.

Give Pedestrians Weapons
R2, R1, Triangle, X, L2, L1, Up, Down. This will give all pedestrians weapons. Be aware some pedestrians will throw bombs at you if you steal their car or they will shoot at you.
